Surgery day!

OK, I'm off to the hospital now for surgery, so no time for a real post! Wish me luck and if you do want to read an actual post, I wrote about the surgery more in-depth over at Not a Diet yesterday.

Catch you on the flip side!

  20. Good luck! I read your post on this over at the other site, and I must say, you sound so excited it made ME want to go have surgery. Not for the obvious benefits, but just because it sounds like such an Organized Program, and I'm a sucker for those.

Upon rereading it, however, I realized that all of the organizing in that program comes from YOU. Also, it's your excitement that I'm responding to. So! Good writing! Also, good luck!

  21. Jess - Good luck today - I will be thinking of you! Feel free to email me with any questions or concerns. The first few days after surgery can be very emotional and sometimes even tinged with buyers remorse. Do not freak out if you have an avalanche of feelings - which can be heightened by the anasthesia - and if you need an ear, I'm here. I also have my Bandster Recipe Manifesto on standby to email you when you can have real food.
