When we found out during the ultrasound that she had two arms and legs, I was like YESSSSSS. And I took pride in the fact that because of my short labor I was dubbed a child-bearing machine--something I never would have taken pride in a year ago, when I was afraid of how my body would morph outside of recognition. Like right now I was just remembering the ultra sounds I had for both kids. Also, this is just the beginning! How you feel now, after seeing the amazing blinking talent your baby has? Multiply that by about a trillion and that is how you'll feel about just about everything he does. You know the term "your heart swells"? That really happens! It is a physical sensation and it is awesome. Phew, sorry that was kind of gushy, but I love having babies and people who love babies.themamabethhttp://themamabeth.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2119996845182958780.post-39478747473557948552010-11-29T01:42:52.216-07:002010-11-29T01:42:52.216-07:00Oh my gosh, I used to read your blog back... um, l...Oh my gosh, I used to read your blog back... um, like two years ago?
